Every TPU hot melt film grade sits on a rung. Read from the bottom up: the higher the rung, the stronger the wash and heat resistance — but the hotter your press must run, and the more heat-sensitive substrates it will scorch. Tap a rung for detail.

High-temperature grademelt ~150°C · bond 170–190°C
Top bond strength and resistance to repeated, hot wash and dry cleaning. For industrial fabric, high-performance sports gear and protective clothing. Needs a press that reaches 170°C+. Will damage delicate or coated substrates.
Medium-temperature grademelt ~110°C · bond 130–150°C
The everyday workhorse: balanced strength, elasticity and machine-wash durability. Fits sportswear, underwear, medical garment, automotive interior and foam. Runs on most heat-press and roller lines.
Low-temperature grademelt ~70°C · bond ~100°C
Activates gently to protect heat-sensitive layers — delicate textiles, coated fabric, thin film, paper-backed and soft plastics. Fast, low-energy activation; lower wash resistance, so best for gentle-care goods.
Reference bands corroborated across industry sources (melt points ~70/110/150°C; press temps ~100/140/180°C). Exact windows vary by formulation, carrier and press dwell — Tengyang ships each grade with a data sheet and a sample for trial.
